This prototype was made for the DR1 TV program “Danmarks næste klassiker”

The chair is giving you a shield from the noise and flickering of our everyday life. I wanted to create a comfortable and accommodating seating area, where you can relax, work with crafts or read a book. The chair is made of long-lasting natural materials such as wool, leather and oak. Materials are used where their properties are best suited, so the soft wool is placed where the contact with the head is and the more durable skin is used for the seat. At the back of the chair you can hang a plaid. An extra storage is built in, as a drawer underneath the seat and can be pulled out to the sides. Here, the forbidden sweets or your favorite book can be stored and easily accessed when sitting in the chair
